In this class, we’ll explore the diverse wine regions of New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, examining how climate, soil, and grape varieties shape the styles found along the Atlantic seaboard. Class includes a tasting of eight wines and snacks. $100 per person

BarSide Chat: Focus on North Western Italy

Take a seat at the bar for an engaging BarSide Chat as we journey through the wines of Northwestern Italy. This relaxed, conversation-driven class highlights the iconic regions of Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta, where mountain air and coastal influence shape some of Italy’s most distinctive wines. We’ll explore everything from the structure and elegance of Nebbiolo to the freshness of coastal whites and lesser-known alpine varieties. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into regional traditions and winemaking styles. Class includes a tasting of six wines and snacks. $95 per person
