We do not accept reservations, but if you have a party larger than 7 people, please email us.

DONATION REQUESTS

Thank you for thinking of R Five Wines for your non profit organization. While we would love to respond positively to each request, we are a small business with limited product and receive dozens of requests each week.

To be considered, complete this form in its entirety and return to kristie@krwines.com or drop it off at the Tasting Room. Generic sponsorship/donation letters will not be considered. No phone calls.

We review requests bi-annually in February and August. Submit your request by January 31 or July 31.

We focus our charitable giving on organizations who meet the following criteria:

Nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization
Service area is within 25 miles of Downingtown, PA
Causes that benefit animal welfare, visual or performing arts, history/preservation, CHOP, Downingtown School District and Great Valley School District sports and the environment.
